This international upbringing gave her a unique perspective and adaptability, which she carried into her professional life.

After earning a degree in marketing, Michelle returned to Southern California in 1999, where she quickly established herself as a real estate professional with a knack for understanding her clients’ needs. Her background in marketing gave her a distinct edge, enabling her to showcase properties in innovative and effective ways.

Michelle’s expertise extends far beyond buying and selling homes. With an intimate knowledge of Santa Barbara and California’s unique real estate market, she has earned a reputation for helping her clients achieve their goals with precision and care.

A dedicated contributor to the real estate community, Michelle has served on the MLS Committee and the Board of Directors for the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors®. She is also a member of the Santa Barbara Rental Property Association, staying on top of local trends and best practices to benefit her clients.

Recognizing a gap in the market for highly responsive and personalized property management services, Michelle launched King & Company at the urging of many of her clients. They sought her expertise not only to manage their investment properties but also to oversee their homes and estates when they were out of town.
